Ernst’s daughter, Noemie Bornstein Lopian, will hold a ‘Meet the Author’ session at the Imperial War Museum in London on Tuesday 24th October 2017 from 11am-1pm and 2-4pm.

The Museum says of the book:

“The Long Night is Noemie Lopian’s translation of her father’s first hand account of what he witnessed in seven concentration camps. Written with remarkable insight and raw emotion, it paints a portrait of human psychology in the darkest of times.

Ernst Israel Bornstein tells the stories of those who did all they could do to withstand physical and psychological torture, starvation, and sickness, and openly describes those who were forced to inflict suffering on others. The narrative is simple, yet profound; unbridled, honest, and dignified.”

Noemie Lopian will be signing copiesof The Long Night at this free event. More details at IWM website.
